Gajar ka Halwa.

           Its my 5th recipe for this blogpost and that is Gajar ka Halwa. Its 1 of my favourite dish. I just love this halwa a lot.
           Not only to eat but also to prepare it is what I like. This recipe was taught to me by mom and from then on, I myself prepare this halwa.
          I don't follow the directions which  my mom teaches me as I don't remember it, but then I do it in my own way but this doesn't mean it goes tasteless. Infect it becomes tasty and this is what my mom only says.
         I hope you'll will enjoy this recipe eating  as well as preparing. Please try it out and leave your feed backs and comments.
      
       Recipe.
    Ingredients
- carrots
- milk / milkmaid
- sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Ghee
- Dry fruits .

    Directions
Peel and grate the carrots
Simmer in milk with the cardamom until the liquid evaporates.
Heat ghee in a heavy pan and add the carrot mixture.
Cook over a gentle flame for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in sugar and continue cooking until the halwa turns deep reddish colour.
Stir in dried fruits and serve.

Chocolate Sundae



      Hello friends come on lets taste my new recipe...
          But is it something new to you'll?.. well.. I am sure you people must have heard about this recipe that is Chocolate Sundae. But have you ever tried it?
         If not.. than come on .hurry up check my recipe and try it out. Well some of you must have tasted it but try my recipe too because I am sure there will be at least a pinch of difference in my recipe and in what you all must have tasted.
         Its really yummy and scummy to taste..
         I hope you all will enjoy this chocolate sundae  So my dear friends please try this recipe out and haa... I need your feed backs.. whether its negative or positive doesn't matter.

       Recipe
   Ingredients
- Heavy cream
- Chocolate chips
- Honey
- Coffee (prepared)
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate ice cream
- Chopped peanuts

   Directions
For the chocolate sauce: Place the cream and chocolate chips in a bowl set over a simmering water and stir just until the chocolate melts.
Add honey and coffee and stir until smooth.

To assemble the sundae: Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream in each dish and drizzle  with chocolate sauce, sprinkle the peanuts over the top.
Serve any extra sauce on the side.

Aloo Paneer Curry

                                Hello friends this is my 3rd blog post on the recipe Aloo Paneer Curry which is very tasty and it is one of my favourite dish i would say because it is a curry mixed with potatoes and paneer.
                              I have seen many people crazy for potatoes, not everyone likes it but yes there are some who likes potatoes very much, and I like potatoes too. Well not only potatoes I also like paneer a lot.. 
                              My mom prepares a dish using paneer with  different vegetables along with it and  that is my favourite, I love to have that dish because that has sweet and spicy flavours'.
                              Before my mom use to prepare this dish but now even i can prepare but in a different way. and here is the recipe of my dish sharing with you all. I hope you'"ll  will try this recipe out.. Waiting for your feedback and comments. 

                    Recipe
                Ingredients
  - 1 cup potatoes cubed
  - 1 cup paneer cubed.
  - 3/4th cup chopped onions.
  - 1 medium sized ripe tomato or 1/2 cup chopped.
  - 1 green chilli (optional)
  - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  - 1/2 to 3/4th tsp coriander powder or garam masala
  - 1/4th tbsp turmeric.
  - 2 tbsp oil.
  - 1/2 tsp zeera.
  - Ginger garlic paste (optional)
  - Pinch hing
  - Salt as needed.
  - Coriander leaves for garnish.

            Directions
1st peel the potatoes and chop to cubes, and let it boil till it gets soft.. 
Take paneer and chop to cubes.
Heat oil in a pan, add amin and fry until the seeds began to crackle.
Add hing.
Add onions and fry until golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
Add finely chopped tomatoes, sprinkle salt and turmeric, sauté until the tomatoes turn mushy.
if needed cover and cook for a while.
Add coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder.
Mix and fry everything until the raw smell goes away & oil begins to separate.
Add cubed potatoes and paneer, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
 Add water just enough to make gravy.
Cover and cook until done fully..
Add coriander leaves finely chopped while serving.

Banaberry

            This is another recipe made by me and I named it as Banaberry and I am preety sure you all must be wondering as to what Banaberry is? 
            Well  Banaberry is a mixture of two words and they are very familiar to all of us as we use it and we eat it in our daily life and that is Banana & Strawberry
           Banaberry is a word that striked my mind when I was thinking and preparing this particular recipe and I found it very interesting and that's the reason I gave this recipe this particular name...
           Banaberry or you can even call it as banana and strawberry shake is very simple and easy to prepare and here is the recipe for it..

     Recipe
 Ingredients
- 1 bowl Frozen strawberries.
- 1 bowl slices of banana.
- 1 bowl milk and
- Ice cubes

  Directions.
Put the frozen strawberries, banana slices, a bowl of milk and the ice cubes in a blender.
Blend all this items till it becomes very smooth.. see that its not too thick n not too thin too..
Adjust it till it becomes a perfect banaberry or the shake to serve..
(One can also use dry fruits or tutti frutti while serving)

Delicious Fruit Salad

The word delicious itself tells us about the dish mentioned that is the 'Fruit Salad' which is very tasty and delightful. It is a dish consisting of various fruits. Sometimes prepared in a liquid form using milk with vanilla assence/powder which makes it more tasty. I mostly prefer eating fruit salad made in a liquid form. It is mostly served as dessert as it is a Sweet Dish.



   Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingrediants
2-3 cups milk.
2&1/2 tea spoon custard powder.
2-3 strands saffron/kesar (optional).
various fruits n dry fruits if needed.
sugar to taste.

    Directions to prepare
Mix half cup milk, custard powder and saffron in abowl. mix it well.
Heat 2&1/2 cup milk in a pan over low flame. Add milk custard mixture and sugar. Stir continuously and bring it to a boil over medium flame.
Cook untill milk becomes thick.
Turn off the flame n transfer it to a bowl. Let it cool at room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator.to chill for atleast 1-2 hrs.
Wash all the fruits in running water, peel it and cut them into a small bowl.
Once the custard has  has cooled, add the mixed fruits.
Mix well and keep it in the fridge.
Serve chilled garnished vwith some more fruits/dry fruits.
(U can also put ice-cream)
